Your property webpage will have its own link that you, I, or anyone else can easily email or text to interested buyers. I'm a paying member of two Mississippi real estate boards -- the North Central MS (NCMRB) AND the Northwest MS (NWMAR), so your property will be placed in both of the MLS (Multiple Listing Systems) and marketed to over one thousandrealtors all over Northwest and North Central Mississippi! My listing will enable then to promote it to their own prospective buyers. I also have accounts with both Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and other online property marketing sites, so your listing will automatically be added to all of those sites, too! MLS Explanation:I'm a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the MLS (Multiple Listing System). So by listing with me through an exclusive-right-to sell or exclusive-agency listing, your property will be listed on the MLS. This means that your property information will be placed into a computer data base that's accessible to every MLS member. In turn, these people will show your property to their qualified buyers in your price range. Being placed in the MLS expands your sales force, exposes the property to lots of prospective buyers, and creates more demand.
